Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on KRAWL's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

KRAWL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

The existing Pricing and Billing terms remain in effect. The following subpoint applies specifically to listings on nearby.krawl.digital.
7.1 Nearby Pricing and Billing
Subscription Fee
Listing your business on Nearby Krawl (nearby.krawl.digital) and making it discoverable and bookable through AI assistants via the Krawl MCP server costs £29 per month ("the Subscription Fee"), billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Free Trial
New listings are eligible for a free trial period consisting of your first 10 AI-driven bookings or your first 30 days from the date of listing — whichever comes first. An AI-driven booking is defined as any booking made directly through an AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) via the Krawl platform. Bookings made by phone, walk-in, your own website, or any other channel do not count toward the free trial limit.
No payment details are required to start your free trial. We will notify you before your trial period ends.
After the Free Trial
Once your free trial has ended, continued listing on the Krawl directory requires an active subscription at the current Subscription Fee. If you do not wish to continue, your listing will be paused and no charge will be made.
Promotional Pricing
From time to time, Krawl may offer promotional rates, discounts, or special pricing to eligible businesses. Any such offers are time-limited, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Promotional pricing does not affect the standard Subscription Fee for businesses not enrolled in a specific promotion.
Changes to Pricing
Krawl reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time. We will give you no less than 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
