Atlas Social Publishing Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Atlas Social Publishing ("Atlas"), a social media content management and publishing feature within the Krawl Digital dashboard.

Krawl Digital is a trading name of Jilako Media LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By using Atlas, you agree to these Terms. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service, which cover the rest of the Krawl Digital website.

2. Atlas Social Publishing

Atlas enables authorised users to connect supported social media accounts, prepare and review content, choose publishing settings, and submit content for publication to accounts they own or are authorised to manage.

Supported integrations may include TikTok and YouTube. Features and supported platforms may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Authorised Accounts

You may use Atlas only if you are legally permitted to do so and your use complies with applicable law and the rules of the platforms you connect.

You may only connect or publish to accounts that you own, or that you are authorised to access and manage. If you use Atlas on behalf of an organisation, you are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to do so.

4. User Control

Atlas is designed to give you control over the publishing actions performed through connected platforms. You are responsible for:

  • Selecting the account or channel that content will be published to.
  • Reviewing content and metadata before publishing.
  • Selecting the publishing and visibility settings that apply.
  • Initiating the publishing action.

Where Atlas suggests titles, captions, descriptions, or other metadata, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what is submitted to the destination platform.

5. TikTok

Atlas may integrate with TikTok through APIs made available by TikTok.

When you connect a TikTok account, you authorise Atlas to perform only the actions permitted by the permissions you grant and the actions you initiate through Atlas.

Your use of TikTok through Atlas remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer requirements, and other applicable policies. TikTok is a third-party service and is not operated or controlled by Jilako Media LTD.

6. YouTube

Atlas uses YouTube API Services for certain YouTube-related functionality.

By using Atlas features that interact with YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your use of YouTube through Atlas remains subject to YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable Google and YouTube policies. YouTube and Google are third-party services and are not operated or controlled by Jilako Media LTD.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the content you provide through Atlas.

You grant Jilako Media LTD the limited rights necessary to process, temporarily store where necessary, transmit, and otherwise handle that content solely to provide Atlas and perform the actions you request.

You may only submit content that you own, that you created, or that you otherwise have sufficient rights, licences, and permissions to use and publish. You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted through Atlas does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

8. Platform Compliance

You must comply with the terms, community standards, developer rules, and other applicable policies of every platform you use through Atlas.

You must not use Atlas to circumvent restrictions imposed by TikTok, YouTube, Google, or another supported platform.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Atlas to:

  • Access or control an account without authorisation.
  • Publish content that you do not have the right to publish.
  • Distribute spam or deceptive content.
  • Artificially generate or manipulate likes, views, follows, comments, subscribers, or other engagement metrics.
  • Manipulate or attempt to deceive platform recommendation or ranking systems.
  • Scrape platform data in violation of platform rules.
  • Circumvent API quotas, rate limits, publishing limits, account restrictions, or platform safeguards.
  • Use multiple credentials, applications, or accounts to evade platform-imposed restrictions.
  • Distribute malware or other malicious software.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to manage an account.
  • Act in violation of applicable law or the rules of a connected platform.

10. Publishing Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish through Atlas. Before publishing, verify the content, the destination account, the metadata, the visibility, and any other applicable settings.

Atlas does not guarantee that a platform will accept, publish, distribute, recommend, monetise, or retain submitted content. Supported platforms may independently moderate, restrict, remove, or otherwise act against content or accounts under their own rules.

11. Third-Party Services

Atlas depends on third-party APIs and services. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that a particular integration, feature, or API will remain available.

Third-party providers may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their APIs, functionality, or access requirements. Your relationship with each platform is also governed by your agreement with that platform.

12. Account Connections and Security

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over your Krawl Digital account, your devices, and your connected social accounts.

You must notify us if you believe your account or a connected integration has been compromised. Atlas does not require you to provide your TikTok, YouTube, or Google password.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Atlas where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse or unauthorised activity.
  • Security concerns.
  • Legal requirements.
  • Abuse of a connected platform.
  • Requirements imposed by TikTok, Google, YouTube, or another supported provider.

You may stop using Atlas and disconnect supported accounts at any time.

14. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Atlas may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security requirements, API limitations, or changes made by third-party platforms.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilako Media LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of Atlas, or from the availability, actions, or policies of third-party platforms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Atlas develops, or as legal, operational, or third-party platform requirements change. The latest version is published on this page with the applicable date at the top.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under relevant law, and you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
